DATA DELETION: If, in the process of show registration or ticket purchase, you have provided your name, email address, or other identifying information to us, and if you would like your data deleted from our database, you may request a data deletion by contacting us here. Please note that your VIP status will no longer be valid once your show visit and ticket purchase data is deleted. If you receive email from us and would like to opt-out, click on the unsubscribe link. To update your profile to select different areas of interest, and to opt-out of receiving postcards, please contact us.

Despite the above, should any lawsuits be filed, for any reason, all parties herein consent to resolve any disputes, which have not been resolved by binding arbitration, in Nevada County, California. The prevailing party in an arbitration or court proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

WORKSHOPS: Garan-Beadagio and its affiliates offer workshops on an "as-is" basis, and makes no guarantee of outcome. We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage as the result of workshops, and students assume all personal risk associated, including injury or loss as the result of tools or hazardous materials used during the class, as well as heat sources such as torches and kilns. Students agree to exercise caution during workshops, especially if such workshops use any hazardous materials or tools. Contact information for students may be shared with workshop instructors or teachers for the purpose of contacting students about the workshops.
