Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to beadagio.com and other public websites operated by Garan-Beadagio, LLC, including beadanddesign.com, colorsofthestone.com, artsandcraftsshow.com, and artazan.com. In these terms, “Garan-Beadagio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Garan-Beadagio, LLC unless a specific service or payment is identified as being provided by another entity.
By using our websites or submitting a registration, application, or other online form, you agree to these terms as they apply to that activity. Separate contracts, exhibitor documents, workshop terms, event instructions, ticket conditions, or venue requirements may also apply. When more specific written terms apply to a particular activity, those terms control for that activity.
Our Websites and Events
Garan-Beadagio produces artisan trade shows and artisan markets, including events focused on fine art, fine craft, artwear, jewelry, beads, gemstones, design, workshops, and related creative businesses. Our websites may provide event dates, venues, admission information, exhibitor listings, workshop schedules, applications, account services, ticketing links, and other event information.
We work to keep information accurate and current, but event details may change. Dates, hours, venues, exhibitors, instructors, workshops, schedules, admission information, and other details may be corrected, updated, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled as circumstances require.
Attendee Registration and Admission Tickets
Admission registrations and tickets are valid only for the event and dates identified with the registration or ticket, subject to the event’s published hours and entry procedures. Duplicate, altered, invalid, or previously used tickets may be refused. Tickets have no cash value.
Paid admission ticket sales are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular transaction or required by applicable law. Free registrations do not guarantee admission outside the dates, hours, capacity limits, or other conditions published for the applicable event.
Admission payments made through the Beadagio attendee system may be collected by Garan Event Management, and the cardholder statement may identify Garan Event Management as the payee. Garan Event Management provides registration and payment administration separately from Garan-Beadagio.
Attendees are responsible for following posted rules, venue requirements, staff instructions, and reasonable safety precautions. Events can include crowds, displays, cords, ramps, tools, merchandise, demonstrations, and other ordinary show-floor conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garan-Beadagio is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from conditions outside its reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of exhibitors, instructors, venues, attendees, or other third parties.
If you register a named guest, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and are responsible for providing that guest with the applicable terms and event information. A parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult registering or accompanying a minor is responsible for appropriate authorization, supervision, and compliance with event and venue requirements.
Workshops, Classes, and Demonstrations
Workshops may include classes, demonstrations, lectures, presentations, or other instructional activities offered in connection with an event. Workshop descriptions, instructors, times, locations, capacity, materials, and requirements may change when reasonably necessary for event operations, safety, instructor availability, or venue requirements.
Workshop registrations are valid only for the workshop and event identified with the registration. Paid workshop registrations are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular workshop or required by applicable law. If a workshop is canceled or materially changed, any refund, transfer, credit, or other adjustment will be handled according to the terms applicable to that workshop and the registration system through which payment was collected.
Workshop fees paid through the Beadagio attendee system may be collected by August Finch Event Management, and the cardholder statement may identify August Finch Event Management as the payee. August Finch Event Management provides workshop registration and payment administration separately from Garan-Beadagio.
Some workshops may have kit, materials, supply, or merchandise charges that are separate from the class fee and may be collected directly by the instructor. Participants should review the workshop description and any instructor instructions before registering or attending.
Workshops may involve sharp tools, powered tools, chemicals, adhesives, heat sources, torches, kilns, glass, metal, dyes, or other materials and processes that require care. Participants are responsible for following instructor, venue, and safety instructions and for using reasonable caution appropriate to the activity. No particular artistic, educational, commercial, or other outcome is guaranteed.
If you register a named workshop guest, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and are responsible for communicating the applicable terms, fees, materials, eligibility guidance, and safety information. Workshop descriptions may include age, skill, or supervision guidance. A parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult registering a minor is responsible for confirming eligibility and providing supervision as required by the instructor, venue, or law.
Information reasonably necessary to administer a workshop, such as a participant’s name and contact information, may be shared with the applicable instructor or workshop coordinator for scheduling, instructions, materials, or other workshop-related communication, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
Applications to Exhibit
Submitting an application to exhibit is a request for Garan-Beadagio to review the applicant and the proposed work, products, or business. Submission of an application does not constitute acceptance into an event, reserve exhibit space, create an exhibitor contract, or require Garan-Beadagio to offer space.
There is currently no fee to submit the general online Apply to Exhibit application unless a specific application clearly states otherwise before submission. This refers only to the application itself and does not mean that exhibit space, services, equipment, or participation are free.
If an applicant is invited or accepted to participate, exhibit-space availability, pricing, payment obligations, cancellation terms, operational requirements, insurance requirements, and other conditions are governed by the applicable Exhibit Space Rental Agreement, Exhibitor Handbook, Workshop Participation Terms when applicable, event-specific instructions, and other written confirmations.
Applicants must provide accurate information and must have the right to submit any names, descriptions, logos, photographs, artwork, or other materials included with the application. Application photographs are reviewed privately and are not published merely because they were uploaded. If an applicant is approved, submitted photographs may be used in an exhibitor listing or for show promotion consistent with the application and our Privacy Policy.
Garan-Beadagio may decline an application or determine that proposed products, services, displays, or activities are not appropriate for a particular event. Acceptance for one event does not guarantee acceptance for another event.
Information and Materials You Submit
When you submit information through an application, registration, account, email, upload, or other website feature, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to provide it, and that our use of it for the requested purpose will not violate another person’s rights.
When photographs, descriptions, logos, artwork, or other promotional materials are submitted for an approved exhibitor listing or show promotion, you grant Garan-Beadagio a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, resize, format, display, and use those materials for the applicable event, related Garan-Beadagio event promotion, websites, email, social media, printed materials, and other ordinary show marketing, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. You retain ownership of your original materials.
Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another person’s account. Notify us if you reasonably believe an account has been compromised.
You may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, anti-abuse systems, or other technical safeguards, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, forms, administrative systems, or payment systems.
Payments and Third-Party Services
Different services on our websites may use different payment processors, registration providers, coordinators, or merchant entities. The name appearing on a cardholder statement may therefore differ from Garan-Beadagio. The applicable checkout or confirmation page should identify the merchant or payee for the transaction.
Exhibitor payments, deposits, scheduled payments, extra services, and related charges are governed by the applicable exhibitor contract, statement, authorization, and account terms. Nothing in these general website terms changes a payment obligation or refund provision contained in a signed exhibitor agreement or other specific written terms.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or independent acts of third-party websites and services that we do not control.
Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use our public websites for lawful personal, informational, and legitimate business purposes related to our events. You may share ordinary links to public pages and may use promotional materials that we expressly make available for sharing, subject to any instructions that accompany those materials.
You may not:
- Use a website or form for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Submit spam, malicious code, intentionally false information, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Interfere with website operation, security controls, rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or other users’ access.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, copy, or submit information in a manner that burdens our systems or violates applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or relationship with Garan-Beadagio or an event.
- Copy, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our websites or databases without written permission.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, design, text, photographs, graphics, logos, video, audio, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Garan-Beadagio and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Names, logos, event names, and other marks displayed on our websites may be trademarks or service marks of Garan-Beadagio or their respective owners. Nothing on the website grants permission to use a mark, photograph, artwork, or other protected material except as expressly authorized.
Exhibitor and Third-Party Content
Our websites may display names, descriptions, images, links, products, schedules, or information supplied by exhibitors, artists, instructors, sponsors, venues, registration providers, or other third parties. Those parties are responsible for the materials and representations they provide.
Listing or linking to a third party does not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee, partnership, or representation regarding that party or its products or services.
Privacy, Cookies, and Accessibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garan-Beadagio and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of our public websites or linked third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Specific exhibitor, workshop, venue, or transaction terms may contain additional allocations of risk and responsibility applicable to those activities.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garan-Beadagio and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of a website, your violation of these terms, or material you submit that infringes another person’s rights. More specific indemnification obligations may apply under exhibitor or workshop agreements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes do not retroactively alter a separately executed contract unless that contract expressly permits the change.
Governing Law
These general website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute-resolution provision contained in a separate contract or activity-specific agreement remains governed by that agreement.
